Overpayments of up to 10% of the mortgage balance are permitted each anniversary year until 30 April 2026 and maybe made by monthly standing order. Any additional overpayments above 10% during this period will attract a penalty calculated on the amount of the additional payments.

If this mortgage is repaid in full or in part before 30 April 2026 an early repayment charge will apply. This will be 2% of the balance repaid during this period.

A mortgage of £124,334.00 payable over 25 years initially on a Fixed Rate of 5.35% until 30 April 2026 and then on our or the remaining 23 years would require 24 monthly payments of £554.32 and 276 monthly payments of £879.66. The total amount payable would be £380,634.06 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£255,440.06), an arrangement fee of £700.00, a funds transfer fee of £35.00 and a mortgage exit fee of £125.00.
