That’s why we’re excited to announce a major update to our mobile app, launching on Wednesday 19th March! This update brings a fresh new design and an improved experience while keeping all the features you already know and love.
What’s New?
We’ve listened to your feedback and made some key enhancements to improve your banking experience:
- A refreshed design – Enjoy a cleaner, more modern interface that makes navigating the app even easier.
- A smoother, faster experience – We’ve fine-tuned the app’s performance to ensure every interaction is seamless.
What You Need to Know
To make your transition to the updated app as smooth as possible, here are a few important details:
- Your login details remain the same – including biometrics, which will still be remembered for quick and secure access.
- Minimum requirements: The new version requires Apple iOS 15 or later and Android 12 or later.
- Automatic updates: If you have auto-update enabled, your app will update automatically. If not, you can manually update via the App Store or Google Play.
- Update deadline: From 31st March, you’ll need to have the latest version to continue using the app.
- Older versions will no longer be supported: The current version will be deactivated on 31st March.
Your Security Matters
As always, keeping your money and personal information safe is our top priority. We will never ask for your PIN, account details, or request that you move money over the phone. If you receive any suspicious calls or messages, hang up immediately and report the scam to us.
