Impacted Branches
The following branches will have changes to their weekday counter opening times:
- Festival Park – extended weekday counter hours.
- Longton – reduced weekday counter hours.
- Hanley – reduced weekday counter hours.
- Newcastle – reduced weekday counter hours.
- Biddulph – reduced weekday counter hours.
- Stone – reduced weekday counter hours.
Revised Hours from 3rd March 2025
Weekday counter opening times for each branch are as follows:
Festival Park
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Longton
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Hanley
- Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Newcastle, Biddulph, and Stone
- Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Note: There are no changes to Saturday opening hours.
Branch colleagues will be available from the branch closure time until 5:00 PM for pre-booked savings appointments, walk-in customers for new accounts, enquiries, and customer support.
